2005 Vermont Code - § 372a. — Local transit service buses; fee

§ 372a. Local transit service buses; fee

The annual registration fee for any motor bus used in local transit service entirely within any city or town, or not over 10 miles beyond the boundaries thereof, shall be $45.00. In the event a bus registered for local transit service is thereafter registered for general use during the same registration year, such fee shall be applied towards the fee for general registration. (Amended 1989, No. 51, § 24; 2001, No. 102 (Adj. Sess.), § 14, eff. May 15, 2002.)
