§ 113. Recall of defective vehicles; fee to manufacturers

The commissioner shall charge a fee, to be fixed by him at cost, to a person or company requesting listings to be furnished of motor vehicles to be recalled by a manufacturer or company. (Added 1977, No. 142 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. March 27, 1978.)
