2005 Vermont Code - § 603. — -Officers; meetings

§ 603. -Officers; meetings

The board shall elect annually a chairman and a vice-chairman. The chairman shall preside at meetings of the board; the vice-chairman shall preside in the absence of the chairman. The secretary shall record the votes and proceedings of the board. (Added 1969, No. 226 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. March 31, 1970; 1995, No. 148 (Adj. Sess.), § 14(a).)
