2005 Vermont Code - § 456. — Public records advisory board; composition

§ 456. Public records advisory board; composition

The public records advisory board shall consist of the secretary of state, director of the Vermont historical society, the auditor of accounts or their designees, and two members appointed by the governor to represent municipal or public interests for terms of two years each. The secretary of state shall be the chairman of the board. (Added 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 12; amended 1989, No. 186 (Adj. Sess.), § 3.)
