2005 Vermont Code - § 455. — Penalties

§ 455. Penalties

A person who willfully destroys, gives away, sells, discards or damages the public records referred to in section 454 of this title, without having authority so to do, shall be fined at least $50.00 but not more than $1,000.00 for each offense. (Added 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 12; amended 1979, No. 56, § 5.)
