2005 Vermont Code - § 1459. — Charging benefits

§ 1459. Charging benefits

STC benefits paid to an employee shall be charged to his or her STC employer's experience-rating records. Reimbursable employers participating in the STC program shall be assessed for the STC benefits paid their employees. (Added 1985, No. 140 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
