2005 Vermont Code - § 1453. — Approval or rejection; resubmission

§ 1453. Approval or rejection; resubmission

The commissioner shall approve or reject a plan in writing within 15 days of its receipt, and in the case of rejection shall state the reasons therefor. The reasons for rejection shall be final and nonappealable, but the employer shall be allowed to submit another plan for approval. (Added 1985, No. 140 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
