2005 Vermont Code - § 1339. — Weekly benefit for partial unemployment
§ 1339. Weekly benefit for partial unemployment
Each eligible individual who is partially unemployed in any week shall be paid with respect to such week a partial benefit. Such partial benefit shall be an amount equal to the difference between his weekly benefit amount and his wages, as used in section 1338a of this title, for such week. (Amended 1981, No. 86, § 11, eff. May 10, 1981.)
