§ 1303. -Compensation
The commissioner of labor shall be paid an annual salary, as provided by section 1003 of Title 32, and his necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his duties. Each other member of the board shall be paid a per diem fixed by the emergency board while engaged in work connected with his official duties and shall be entitled to his actual and necessary expenses when away from home in discharge of such duties. All vouchers for salary, per diem or expenses of a member shall be approved by the other members of the board before payment thereof. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 22, eff.
