2005 Vermont Code - § 703. — -Reports of payments made by employers

§ 703. -Reports of payments made by employers

Within sixty days after disability, such employer or other party liable to pay the compensation provided for by this chapter shall file with the commissioner a statement showing the total payments made or to be made for compensation and for medical services for such injured employee.
