§ 663. Hearings, where held
If the compensation is not fixed by agreement, either party may apply to the commissioner for hearing and award in the premises who shall set a time and place for hearing and give at least six days' notice thereof to the parties. Such hearing shall be held at a place designated by the commissioner. (Amended 1965, No. 194, § 10; 1977, No. 182 (Adj. Sess.), § 15, eff. May 3, 1978.)
