§ 6. Duty when United States at war
With the approval of the governor, the commissioner of labor may suspend the operation of the laws relating to the hours of employment of women and children while the United States is at war. (Amended 2005, No. 103 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 5, 2006.)
