2005 Vermont Code - § 3914. — Special funds

§ 3914. Special funds

Fees collected under this chapter shall be credited to a special fund and shall be available to the agency of agriculture, food and markets to offset the cost of providing the services. (Added 1999, No. 49, § 131; amended 2003, No. 42, § 2, eff. May 27, 2003.)
