2005 Vermont Code - § 2884. — Qualifications of inspectors

§ 2884. Qualifications of inspectors

All boiler inspectors, employed by the state and insurance companies, shall have passed the examination required by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, and hold annual certification from such board. (Added 2003, No. 141 (Adj. Sess.), § 4a, eff. April 1, 2005.)
