2005 Vermont Code - § 774. — Highways ordered by general assembly

§ 774. Highways ordered by general assembly

Selectmen may alter or discontinue highways laid out by a committee appointed by the general assembly; but if the highway is laid through two or more towns, the same proceedings shall be followed as in laying out, altering or discontinuing highways through two or more towns. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
