§ 517. Vesting of title

Title to the lands taken, or other rights acquired, under this chapter, shall vest in the state upon the filing for record with the town clerk of the transportation board's order as provided in section 512 of this chapter, unless previously acquired by deed or other appropriate instrument. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1991, No. 214 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. May 27, 1992.)
