2005 Vermont Code - § 503. — Survey

§ 503. Survey

When the agency of transportation desires to acquire land or any rights in land for the purpose of laying out, relocating, altering, constructing, reconstructing, maintaining, repairing, widening, grading or improving a state highway, it shall cause the land to be acquired or affected to be surveyed. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
