2005 Vermont Code - § 308. — Compliance with provisions

§ 308. Compliance with provisions

A town shall not be entitled to receive money from the state under this chapter in any year until it has complied with the provisions of this chapter. (Added 1985, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
