2005 Vermont Code - § 9317. — General provision

§ 9317. General provision

The commissioner may delegate his or her powers and duties under this chapter to staff within the department, and may adopt, pursuant to chapter 25 of Title 3, such rules and regulations necessary for the proper and efficient administration of this chapter.
