§ 9315. Review of commissioner's decision

A person who is receiving services under this chapter may appeal a decision of the commissioner in accordance with section 3091 of Title 3 or by petition to the family court. (Added 1977, No. 192 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 2001, No. 43, § 1.)
