2005 Vermont Code - § 5167. — Evidence of civil union
§ 5167. Evidence of civil union
A copy of the record of the civil union received from the town or county clerk, the commissioner of health or the director of public records shall be presumptive evidence of the civil union in all courts. (Added 1999, No. 91 (Adj. Sess.), § 5.)
