2005 Vermont Code - § 2055. — General requirements for licensure

§ 2055. General requirements for licensure

A person may not practice nursing home administration in this state unless:

(1) the applicant has made written application for license to the board of examiners for nursing home administrators, accompanied by satisfactory proof that he or she is at least 18 years of age and is not in violation of the board's rules or Vermont law;

(2) in the judgment of the board, the applicant has satisfactorily completed a course of instruction or training and met the requirements adopted by rule by the board; or

(3) the applicant has passed an examination administered by the board or its designee which is designed to test for proficiency and competence and an examination covering Vermont statutes and rules relating to nursing home administration.
