2005 Vermont Code - § 1851. — Definitions

§ 1851. Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Hospital" means a general hospital required to be licensed under chapter 43 of Title 18.

(2) "Patient" means a person admitted to a hospital on an inpatient basis. (Added 1985, No. 163 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
