§ 1809. Minimum standards for hospital and medical facilities maintenance and operation

The board shall, by regulation, prescribe minimum standards for the maintenance and operation of hospitals and medical facilities which receive federal aid for construction under the state plan. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961.)
