2005 Vermont Code - § 1218e. — Sewer approval

§ 1218e. Sewer approval

A municipal sewer connection approval statement shall describe the affected parcel and shall be signed by an appropriate municipal official. The statement shall be a written authorization from the municipality for connection to the municipal sewer of a single family residence or other structure to be constructed on a single lot subdivision. (Added 1983, No. 117 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
