2005 Vermont Code - § 1218b. — Exempt municipalities

§ 1218b. Exempt municipalities

Single lot subdivisions are exempt from state regulation under section 1218 of this title in any municipality in which the local legislative body has elected to exempt single lot subdivisions from state regulation, and has so notified the department of environmental conservation. (Added 1983, No. 117 (Adj. Sess.), § 4; amended 1987, No. 76, § 18.)
