2005 Vermont Code - § 904. — Administrative provisions

§ 904. Administrative provisions

(a) In order to carry out the purposes and responsibilities of this chapter, the department of health may contract for the provision of specific services.

(b) The secretary of human services, upon the recommendation of the department of health, may issue regulations to carry out the purposes and responsibilities of this chapter. (Added 1981, No. 61.)
