§ 903. Authorization for provision of emergency medical services
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including provisions of chapter 23 of Title 26, persons who are certified to provide emergency medical care pursuant to the requirements of this chapter and implementing regulations are hereby authorized to provide such care without further certification, registration or licensing.
