§ 106. Delegation of duties by board through commissioner

Any delegation of responsibility and authority by the board shall be made through the commissioner and shall in no wise relieve the said board of its accountability for the proper administration of the provisions of this title. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 27, eff. March 1, 1961.)
