2005 Vermont Code - § 2663. — Certificate of vote

§ 2663. Certificate of vote

Whenever an act of the general assembly by its provisions takes effect only when accepted by vote of a municipality, the clerk of the municipality shall certify within ten days to the secretary of state the result of such vote. (Added 1977, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
