2005 Vermont Code - § 2357. — Place of filing petition

§ 2357. Place of filing petition

Primary petitions shall be filed as follows:

(1) For state and congressional officers, with the secretary of state;

(2) For county officers with the county clerk;

(3) For state senator, with the senatorial district clerk;

(4) For representative to the general assembly, with the representative district clerk. (Added 1977, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
