2005 Vermont Code - § 2351. — Primary election

§ 2351. Primary election

A primary election shall be held on the second Tuesday of September in each even numbered year for the nomination of candidates of major political parties for all offices to be voted for at the succeeding general election, except candidates for president and vice-president of the United States, their electors, and justices of the peace. (Added 1977, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
