2005 Vermont Code - § 2121. — Eligibility of voters
§ 2121. Eligibility of voters
Any person who, on election day:
(1) is a citizen of the United States;
(2) is a resident of the state of Vermont;
(3) has taken the voter's oath; and
(4) is 18 years of age or more
may register to vote in the town of his residence in any election held in a political subdivision of this state in which he resides. (Added 1977, No. 269 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1997, No. 47, § 11.)
