2005 Vermont Code - § 3857. — -Liability of state

§ 3857. -Liability of state

The bonds and other obligations of the agency shall not be a debt of the state of Vermont nor shall the state be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds other than those of the agency. (1966, No. 56 (Sp. Sess.), § 8, eff. March 12, 1966.)
