2005 Vermont Code - § 3593. — Duties

§ 3593. Duties

The commission shall establish rules and regulations agreeable to the Higher Education Facilities Act of 1963 (P.L. 88-204) and requirements of the United States government established under said act and accept and disburse all monies in accordance with said act. (1964, No. 10 (Sp. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 5, 1964.)
