2005 Vermont Code - § 3581. — Acceptance

§ 3581. Acceptance

The state board of education is hereby authorized and empowered to accept, use, disburse and account for funds made available to the several states by legislation of the Congress for the purposes of acquisition, construction, reconstruction, remodeling or repair of public school buildings.
