§ 3455a. Computer aided design

Whenever a school district or independent school makes final application for construction aid pursuant to section 3448(a)(5) of this title, the district or school shall submit to the commissioner copies of site plans and building plans either in computer-aided-design (CAD) format, if used, or, if not, in the form submitted by the architect or engineer to the school board or board of trustees.
