2005 Vermont Code - § 2027. — Fees and expenses

§ 2027. Fees and expenses

The parties shall share equally the fee of the arbitrator and all other mutually incurred costs incidental to the arbitration. (Added 1991, No. 196 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
