§ 2003. Time to begin

The teacher or administrator organizations holding exclusive negotiating rights shall make a request for commencement of negotiations no later than one hundred and twenty days prior to the school district's annual meeting. (Added 1969, No. 127, § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1969.)
