§ 910. Coordination of services to children and adolescents with a severe emotional disturbance
Each town, city, interstate, incorporated, unified or union school district shall cooperate with the departments of mental health and mental retardation, social and rehabilitation services and education in coordinating educational services to children and adolescents with a severe emotional disturbance, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 2 of Title 3.
