§ 722. Unified union districts
In the event a union school district is organized to operate grades kindergarten through 12, it shall be known as a unified union district. On the date the unified union district becomes operative, it shall supplant all other school districts within its borders, and they shall cease to exist. (Added 1969, No. 298 (Adj.
