2005 Vermont Code - § 721b. — Districts established under prior law

§ 721b. Districts established under prior law

A union school district established pursuant to the provisions of any statute existing prior to July 1, 1968 shall be valid. Upon July 1, 1968 any union school district established pursuant to the provisions of any prior statute shall be governed in all respects by the provisions of this subchapter. (Added 1967, No. 277 (Adj. Sess.), § 37.)
