2005 Vermont Code - § 551. — Application of laws to school districts

§ 551. Application of laws to school districts

Unless otherwise specifically provided with respect to a class of school district, or in the charter of a city, the laws of this title, the laws pertaining to municipal corporations, and the regulations of the state board shall apply to all school districts. (Added 1969, No. 298 (Adj. Sess.), § 28.)
