2005 Vermont Code - § 308. — Duty of attorney general
§ 308. Duty of attorney general
If the attorney general determines that the support enforcement agency is neglecting or refusing to provide services under this title, the attorney general may:
(1) provide those services; or
(2) seek appropriate judicial relief to require the agency to provide the services. (Added 1997, No. 11, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1998.)
