§ 1034. Notice to persons outside this state; submission to jurisdiction
(a) Notice required for the exercise of jurisdiction over a person outside this state shall be given pursuant to the Vermont Rules of Civil Procedure.
(b) Notice under this section shall be served, mailed, delivered, or published at least 20 days before any hearing in this state. (Added 1979, No. 136 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
