2005 Vermont Code - § 3209. — Construction

§ 3209. Construction

(a) This chapter shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.

(b) This chapter shall not be construed as providing an exclusive method for making gifts to minors.
