2005 Vermont Code - § 3111. — Penalty for failure to account

§ 3111. Penalty for failure to account

If a guardian fails to file with the court an account as required by this chapter, or by an order of the court, when an account is due or within thirty days after citation issues as provided by law, or fails to furnish the veterans administration a true copy of an account, petition or pleading as required by this chapter, such failure may, in the discretion of the court, be ground for his removal.
