§ 3074. Institutionalization of mentally disabled persons

Nothing in this chapter shall give the guardian of a ward authority to place that person in a state school or hospital except pursuant to section 7601 et seq. of Title 18 or section 8801 et seq. of Title 18. (Added 1979, No. 76, § 15.)
