2005 Vermont Code - § 3062. — Jurisdiction

§ 3062. Jurisdiction

The probate court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings brought under the authority of this chapter or pursuant to section 9718 of Title 18. (Added 1979, No. 76, § 15; amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 157; 2005, No. 55, § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 2005.)
