§ 2684. Spendthrift; hearing; notice

When a petition is filed for the appointment of a guardian under section 2682 of this title, the probate court shall schedule a hearing and notice shall be given as provided by the rules of probate procedure. (Amended 1979, No. 76, § 16; 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 124.)
